6+ yrs of work experience as a Data Analyst/Product Analyst.
Hands-on experience with SQL.
Hands-on experience with any data Visualisation tool (Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, etc).
Ability to drive funnel analytics on B2B and B2C products.
Ability to own a business problem and provide an exhaustive solution using data.
Good to have:
Hands-on experience in Python data crunching.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech industry.
What you will do:
Product Discovery- Hypothesis driven deep dives to identify product loopholes and highlight solutions to impact business.
Solution Confidence- Product experimentation and data analysis to understand the impact.
Product and features performance - End to end product understanding and funnel analysis to understand how a product or feature is performing in terms of adoption, engagement, user experience, etc.
Goals to KPI translations- work with product managers to break down overall revenue goals into business KPIs, identify impact hypotheses and convert into measurable product KPIs.
Work with other analysts to enable KPI reporting through visually speaking dashboards.
Experimentation and product growth - Use data to come up with new avenues to improve user experience, product adoption and eventually aid product growth.
Self-Serve Product Analytics - come up with a sepf-served solution for different product and business stakeholders to continuously monitor the health of the product and different important KPIs on a daily basis.
Independently own end to end tasks and ensure timely delivery of work and coordinate with stakeholders.
Set high standards in defining scope of work, prioritisation, timelines and project delivery.
