Summary:
Mobility team is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our team as a Corporate Mobility Associate Manager. In this role, you will provide essential front-line support to Accenture employees in managing all aspects of immigration travel, relocations/assignments. Working closely with HR teams, travel suppliers, immigration & tax specialists, and destination service providers to facilitate successful employee relocations while delivering exceptional customer service.Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee international assignments, managing the relocation, visas, work permits, and compliance for employees across multiple regions.Liaise with employees, stakeholders and service providers to facilitate efficient and timely communication throughout the mobility process. May assist in coordinating travel arrangements for employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and cost-effective solutions.Proactively identify and address potential issues in the process. Investigate and resolve employee concerns or complaints related to mobility, collaborating with the appropriate stakeholders to find satisfactory solutions.Collaborate with immigration experts/ stakeholders to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Conduct regular brainstorming sessions in the team to identify the process gaps and work towards resolution.Support in tracking the performance against program objectives and implementing improvement initiatives to achieve the objectivesStay up to date on changing immigration policies and regulations to mitigate the risk of non-compliance. Conduct audits of immigration documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with government regulationsProvide support on visa applications & address any employee concerns or issues related to work authorizations visa processing and delays.Drive innovation in immigration processes by adopting new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce errors.Lead the development of reports and dashboards for immigration cases, assignments and compliance across multiple countries.Professional & Technical Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively in a business setting.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management, data analysis and documentation.

Qualifications
Experience:Minimum of 11 of experience in handling visas, immigration compliance, and related processes
