b) Identify training needs and gaps across the sales hierarchy.

2. Training Programs:

a) Design/upgrade, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs (classroom, online, and blended).

b) Ensure training effectiveness and ROI.

c) Roll out monthly/quarterly training calendar.

3. Sales Enablement:

a) Equip sales teams with skills, and best practices.

b) Foster a sales culture focused on customer-centricity.

4. Performance Metrics and Analytics:

a) Track sales performance, training ROI, and metrics (sales growth, conversion rates).

b) Analyze data to inform training initiatives.

c) Coach and mentor Sales team on Sales efficiency from data analytics.

5. Stakeholder Management:

a) Collaborate with sales leaders, product teams, and subject matter experts.

b) Ensure training alignment with business objectives.
