Commercial Associate- Procurement

What will you drive The commercial executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts.

Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly effective commercial executive who will coordinate with several team across CARS24 and will interact with our vendors to satisfy organizational requirements. The position will work and partner with multiple teams to develop, analyse and identify areas of improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Product Code creation (GL mapping) based on the nature of expense in discussion with Vendor payment team.
• Assisting user on PR creation.
• Understand the requirement and float the RFQ’s (Request for quotation) for the requirement
• Arranging samples for user confirmation/vendor visits for understanding the SOW/Demo sessions for software’s
• Tabulating the comparative statements for approvals based on approval hierarchy.
• Negotiate contracts and terms and conditions to ensure favourable terms and conditions as per company policies.
• Create and process purchase orders in the Aerchain portal
• Issuing purchase orders to the vendors and looping them to the business team
• Drafting contracts, vetting and getting it signed by both the parties and uploading the same on Aerchain portal.
• Creating rate contract PO’s in every 3 months’ cycle.
• Ensuring renewal of expired rates contracts.
• Sharing vendor on boarding link with new vendors and processing the details through Aerchain for Vendor code creation in collaboration with MDM team.
• Reviewing open PO’s older than 90 days.
• Negotiating VAS rates (Tinting & Coating) prices, drafting agreements.
• Assisting with agreement / LOI, addendums for direct procurement vendors (Tyre, batteries, keys, etc.)
• Proving confirmation for on boarding direct vendors for code creation in DMS.
