What will you drive?
•Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Prepare and manage orders and contracts using various systems.
•Coordinate and process sales-related paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
•Maintain and update customer records to ensure data integrity.
•Reconcile registration (Rego) and CTP costs to support financial accuracy.
•Ensure all required paperwork is current and complies with company standards.
•Provide varied administrative support across teams as needed.
•Act as a key point of contact, liaising with customers and operations staff to ensure clear
communication and efficient service delivery.
•Communicate with customers promptly and professionally to address inquiries or
concerns.
