Job Title: Territory Head/Hub Manager - Sales
Location: Hyderabad, Delhi Saket, Star Mall Gurugram, Surat, Vadodara

Job Purpose:

The Territory Head for Sales is responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a designated territory. This role involves leading a sales team, building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring the territory's revenue and growth targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business growth within the territory.
    • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue.
    • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure sales goals are met.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations with the team.
  • Market & Territory Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
    • Track sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs to ensure targets are being met.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns.
    • Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments to streamline processes.
  • Budgeting & Resource Management:
    • Manage the sales budget for the territory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Allocate and deploy resources to achieve maximum productivity.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B/B2C environment.
    • Experience in managing a sales team and developing strategies for territory growth.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Other:
    • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
