About the Role:
As an Indirect Sourcing Team Lead you would be responsible for Leading a 4-6 member Team, Key Stakeholder Management in India and Abroad, effective Management of RFQ process with knowledge of Continuous process improvement and Project Management.

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
- University Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years prior relevant category experience /An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years experience
Role Responsibilities:
- Sets negotiation terms for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
- Executes Supply Chain strategies.
- Establish sourcing goals and acceptable service levels.
- Negotiates and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
- Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
- Evaluates vendors capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
- Identifies and conducts research on suppliers to ensure that the organizations standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.
