About the role

The individual should be qualified to handle the projects, warranty services, Key accounts and warranty conversions for Commercial Applied products. KRAs include on time PM completion, response time, TAT to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completion of project within stipulated timelines

• On time SA conversion with good price

• Warranty services to customers

• Supplier relationship and management

• Adoption and usage of the SFDC functionalities

• Monitoring field hours for optimum productivity

• Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team

• Keeping Safety as prime objective

• Meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins

• Ensure the overdue are minimized (less than 15% of AR)

• AR management as per Plan

• Digital initiatives to be adopted and implemented within the team.

• Material/spares planning
