About the role

The Digital Transformation Business Analyst will be a key member of the digital transformation team, responsible for driving various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Initiatives
  • Lead and support digital transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Supply Chain Analytics
  • Collect, analyze, and report supply chain metrics on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.
  • Support strategic sourcing teams with data analytics and reporting for specific metrics and projects.
  • Utilize automation and analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive productivity.
• Project Management
  • Manage portfolio initiatives and drive execution of digital transformation projects.
  • Coordinate with various Carrier sites and teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality) to capture requirements and drive actions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing industries with exposure to project management and business reporting.
• Power BI certification (preferred).
• Understanding of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in a global environment with stakeholders in different regions.
• High learning agility and attention to detail.
