Position overview: South Asia Pacific (SAP) region is seeking a strategy professional responsible for the full range of high impact strategies to drive profitable product growth. This role will provide an opportunity to have an unparalleled impact on the SAP direction. In addition to a rewarding experience in a high-performance team environment, this experience will position the right candidates for a strong career growth trajectory within Carrier businesses broadly.

As the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing transformation efforts, including management of Joint Ventures (JVs) within the region, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions strategy within the SAP remit. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure successful execution of business objectives and sustained growth.
