Recruiter

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles across the organization.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the companys culture and values through social media and other channels.

Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) and provide actionable insights for process improvement.

Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, health tech, or startup environment.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with recruiting for roles in software engineering, data science, and product management is a plus.
• Tools: Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and resolve challenges effectively.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
