We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of ERP solutions and supporting our clients in utilizing our solutions effectively. You will be responsible for handling various technical aspects including device installation, configuration, server management, database administration, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical assistance to clients.
Conduct in-person meetings with clients to analyze and diagnose technical issues.
Configure and maintain application servers, database servers, and cloud servers.
Monitor system health and performance, and take proactive measures to ensure reliability and security.
Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries and refine database schemas.
Provide training to clients on using our solutions effectively and efficiently.
Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities.
Properly update and utilize the ticketing system to track and resolve issues.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer, preferably in a technical support role related to hardware and software solutions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
