MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant (5-7 yrs)

Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Gurugram

Experience : 5.1 - 7 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

- Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.

- Write and maintain complex JavaScript code for customizations and enhancements.

- Develop and deploy SSIS and SSRS packages for data integration and reporting.

- Work on Power Apps development, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

- Stay current with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform technologies.

- Work effectively within an Agile development environment.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Strong understanding of .NET concepts and SQL Server technologies.

- Proficiency in writing and debugging C# code for plugins and workflows.

- Experience with SSIS and SSRS development and deployment.

- Excellent JavaScript skills for customizations and front-end development.

- Experience with Power Apps development (canvas apps, model-driven apps).

- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

- Experience with Azure DevOps.

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
