SFMC Developer - Vlocity Implementations (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Support and manage Salesforce Vlocity implementations for PG&E, addressing incidents and enhancing existing solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Utilize Vlocity platform capabilities, including Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and the Vlocity Data Model.

- Participate in at least two full implementation cycles of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) projects.

- Leverage Omnistudio/Vlocity Interaction Platform tools such as the Flex Cards Framework, OmniScripts, Data Raptor (ETL), and Integration Procedures.

- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and platform functionality.

- Ensure the quality of deliverables by performing code reviews and following best practices.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the team and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Salesforce expertise with a strong focus on Vlocity.

- Proficiency in Vlocity Industry Solution.

- Strong hands-on experience with Vlocity platform capabilities (Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Vlocity Data Model).

- Demonstrated experience with Omnistudio/Vlocity Interaction Platform tools (Flex Cards Framework, OmniScripts, Data Raptor, Integration Procedures).

- Experience with at least two full implementation cycles in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the utility or energy sectors.

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Omnistudio Developer).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript, and SQL (as listed in the original job posting, though not directly related to the core responsibilities).

- While not required, these skills could be beneficial in a broader Salesforce ecosystem
