Marketing Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Specialist to set up and manage marketing initiatives for the Refractive Lasers Business Sector. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing patient marketing activities to actively support our doctors and clinics with efficiently acquiring new patients. As part of this the candidate will be overseeing marketing campaigns, providing content and managing the relevant digital channels

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in digital marketing, preferable in Life Science, Health Care, or Cosmetic Surgery sector or similar regulated environment.
• Experience in managing B2B / B2C / B2B2C marketing activities, such as designing in-clinic experience or organizing specified clinician societies / conferences
• Strong agency & project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Sophisticated knowledge of relevant digital marketing methodologies within B2B2C & website optimization, social media marketing, SEO, SEA, influencer marketing as well as tracking and reporting of marketing activities
• Strong understanding of Healthcare B2B marketing interventions / initiatives with good understanding of underlying KPIs
• Knowledge about legal situation and regulations of marketing within the Life Science and Health Care environment
• Experience with agency & project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with social media marketing, influencer marketing as well as tracking and reporting of marketing activities;
• Experience working in a global organization and ability to work with cross-functional teams
