Invoice Processing Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Invoice Processing Associate at Carisma Solutions Private Limited. The Invoice Processing Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to financial transactions and invoice processing.

• Invoices will be received from client in Australia.
• Invoices received are analysed and analysis of invoice is based on certain set of guidelines.
• Invoices that confirm to the guidelines are processed.
• Processing is done in client software and then claims are made at the client end.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in data transactions is good
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Any field.
