Job Description

JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Asst Manager PMO skilled in project coordination, data visualization, and storytelling with tools like PowerPoint and Tableau/Power BI. Must excel in data analysis and reporting. Healthcare experience is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Chief of Staff Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief of Staff
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and presentation documents.
  • Attend meetings alongside the Chief of Staff, take detailed minutes/action items, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple meetings, ensuring seamless execution and time management.

Project Management:

  • Assist the Chief of Staff in managing key projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • As needed, coordinate with various departments to gather information, compile reports, and ensure project milestones are met.

Document Preparation and Management:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Chief of Staff.
  • Prepare comprehensive and confidential documents for executive meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop high-quality presentation decks using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
  • Transform complex information and data into visually appealing slides that are easy to understand and engaging.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to the companys branding, style guidelines, and design standards.
  • Review and revise presentation drafts based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to improve quality and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all presentation materials are free of errors, and inconsistencies, and are finalized in a timely manner.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of all produced decks.

Communication Management:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on various topics as required, compiling data and preparing reports for the Chief of Staff.
  • Analyze information and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and planning.

Task Prioritization and Time Management:

  • Prioritize tasks and time-sensitive requests to ensure efficient workflow and deadline adherence.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Chief of Staff and proactively address potential issues.

Note: Role may require providing support or work in US hours depending upon the business requirement.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certification in project management or data visualization (e.g., PMP, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 – 4 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or project management.
  • Proven track record of handling high-level administrative tasks and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Experience with reporting tools and creating dashboards tailored to business needs.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with a focus on storytelling and visual appeal.
  • Ability to summarize complex information into concise, actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory).
