Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven QA Product Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on the India and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) markets.
- This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth for our QA product line across these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities for QA products through email, phone, and in-person customer meetings in India and ANZ.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and nurture existing customer accounts to explore upselling opportunities across both regions.
Product Expertise and Value Communication:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our QA product suite and its value proposition.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our QA solutions to technical and non technical stakeholders, adapting to the specific needs of the Indian and ANZ markets.
Market Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that increase awareness and market share of our QA products in India and ANZ.
- Contribute to the creation of localized marketing materials and campaigns for both regions.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for India and ANZ, accurately forecasting revenue and reporting on sales activities.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress across both markets.
Performance and Targets:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for the combined India and ANZ regions.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities in both areas to inform sales strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-10 years of sales experience in the IT or software industry, with exposure to either the Indian or ANZ market (experience in both is a plus).
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and business development goals in diverse markets.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex software concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and written reports.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of the IT markets in India and ANZ, particularly in software development and QA sectors.
- Experience with enterprise software sales cycles and methodologies in international markets.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and software testing frameworks.
