Job Description: SaaS/Software Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires expertise in SaaS/Software sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to communicate value effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential B2B clients to expand the customer base.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend tailored SaaS/Software solutions.

- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and professional support.

- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or Software products.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS/Software sales lifecycle and client acquisition strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions.
