Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the chain of international schools across different regions and demographics.
- Lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals of the school network.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to support school enrollment growth and brand recognition.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain consistent branding across all schools in the network, ensuring the brand's messaging and values are communicated effectively in various cultural contexts.
- Oversee the creation and development of all marketing materials, both digital and traditional, ensuring high-quality, engaging content.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including the management of the school's website, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising campaigns, and content creation.
- Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns, optimizing for better lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Utilize email marketing, online advertising, and social media campaigns to drive interest in the school's programs and services.
- Foster relationships with prospective students, parents, and local communities through various channels (social media, events, open houses, etc.).
- Build relationships with educational influencers, bloggers, and other key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Organize and promote school events, such as open houses, orientation programs, and educational conferences to attract potential students and parents.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop campaigns aimed at attracting and converting prospective students.
- Design and implement lead generation strategies, such as targeted campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations with education consultants, to increase enrollment across all school locations.
- Develop marketing materials that highlight the school's unique offerings, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and success stories.
- Customize marketing strategies for different regions to reflect local cultural preferences, languages, and educational expectations.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and in line with key business priorities.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to assess the return on investment (ROI) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and international or educational marketing.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Digital Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
