Accounts Assistant- Tally

Qualification: Intermediate CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry in Tally for various financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support in preparing reports, financial statements, and analysis for management review.
• Handle daily bookkeeping and ledger management tasks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.
• Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation and data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2-4 years in accounting and data entry using Tally.
• Intermediate CA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
