Senior Manager/AVP - Financial Planning & Analysis - OEM - CA (3-12 yrs)

We all looking at people from General Insurance industry only involved in FP & A(Financial Planning & analysis)

Only CA is required for this

FP&A Activities:

- Flagging any risks or opportunity on a timely manner along with recommended actions to close out gaps, if any, against the targets. Interact with different stakeholders to understand the nature of risk and opportunity and convert that in quantitative terms to ascertain the impact.

- Evaluating the capex proposal from financial viability standpoint and provide NPV & IRR for strategical decisions.

- Responsible for preparing monthly & quarterly outlook of key metrics (volume, mix, revenue, GM, GM per tire, EBIT, working capital, operating cash flow; share of market; operational cost) that reflects the updated business scenarios

- Driving process changes and gather inputs from business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations on how to best drive the growth and profitability to the existing businesses.

- Review and guide management on OEM's wise profitability and SOB; Help in strategy formulation for each OEM's. Competition benchmarking for the margins flow and product pricing benchmark. Help sales heads to mix the product portfolio to better achieve the targets.

- Prepare spreadsheet and presentation to reflect the market zones; products or the customers which are doing better than the others. Help formulating the BRO targets and discount strategies.

- Analyze the material productivity suggested by engineering and by plant, bridging a gap and ensuring the correct financial reporting for the productivity. Closely monitor the SAG expenses; do a monthly meeting with all the stakeholders to understand their requirements and help meeting them the defined targets.

- Prepare and present the local and regional presentations required for AOP, monthly dashboard, management meeting, regional visitors, or basis adhoc requirements.
