Job Description:We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of German Language Customer Support Representative at our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in both German and English to assist customers effectively and accurately
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed and helpful assistance to customers
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and share insights to improve processes
Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and quality standards to deliver consistent and high-quality service
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
