Finance Head

Job Description: Finance & Accounts Head will be responsible for oversight of all the finance and accounts processes including financial management, reporting, managing team, internal systems, and processes. He will work closely with all other functional Heads to drive efficient management of resources, enhanced performance monitoring, reporting, and improve the efficiency and profitability of our offerings. The responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments, ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations, crafting financial strategies, and managing accounting teams. He provides support to the Board of Directors and shareholders as needed. Plans, develops, organizes, implements directs and evaluates the Companys fiscal functions from every relevant perspective. Manage treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes and internal controls to safeguard the Company assets. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports. Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
