The Role:

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers across various IT departments to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, professional networks (e , LinkedIn), and internal referrals, to identify qualified IT candidates.
- Screen and evaluate IT resumes and applications to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and initial technical assessments to identify promising candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and IT teams, ensuring smooth interview processes.
- Actively participate in the selection process, presenting top candidates to hiring managers and facilitating offer - negotiations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new IT hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
- Build and maintain a robust network of IT professionals through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline recruitment workflows and track candidate progress.
- Participate in job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities to promote open IT positions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT roles.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and key metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including various IT job functions and required skillsets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices for technical roles.
- Proven ability to source and screen IT candidates using online and offline techniques.
- Experience conducting candidate interviews, including technical questioning for IT roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
