We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our Human Resources team, specifically supporting the Risk and Compliance business vertical. The incumbent will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR activities, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Operations, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for the Risk and Compliance business, ensuring timely hiring of high-caliber professionals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the right talent.
- Partner with external agencies and leverage internal networks to source potential candidates.
Employee Engagement & Talent Management:
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance within the Risk and Compliance teams.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity.
- Assist in career development planning and succession planning for key roles.
Performance Management:
- Ensure smooth execution of the annual performance appraisal cycle for the business vertical.
- Partner with managers to address performance-related challenges and identify upskilling opportunities.
HR Operations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring prompt resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires in the Risk and Compliance business.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Recruitment Acumen: Expertise in hiring for niche roles in Risk and Compliance within the BFSI sector.
- HR Generalist Experience: Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Business Partnership: Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for HR-related matters.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills to support decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and managing HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
