Develop and implement maintenance plans to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, National Electrical Code).
Diagnose and repair electrical problems in machinery, control systems, and electrical panels.
Oversee installations of new electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that they meet performance and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role, typically 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to electrical work.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Leadership skills and experience managing teams of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
