CARE Risk Solutions - Senior Accounts Leader - CA (10-12 yrs)

- Driving the company's financial planning.

- To assist in closing & finalization of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts within agreed timelines.

- Play vital role in annual accounts and Ind AS disclosures within agreed time.

- To handle Statutory, internal, and other audits and to act as single point contacts for resolving queries of auditors and tracking audit status.

- To analyze various income/expenses line items and explain its variance.

- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.

- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.

- Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings, including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.

- Monitor banking activities of the organization.

- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivables and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.

Qualification & Skill Set:

- Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.

- Completion of a master's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.

- Chartered Accountant degree is Must.

- Proven experience as CFO or in other managerial position.

- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
