CH - Marketing DGM - Trade

Required knowledge: Maintaining database as well as establishing good relations with physicians, eminent personalities, VIPs, nursing homes and small hospitals, as per territories.

Required skills: Requires excellent communication and analytical skills. Should be good at computers.

Education, experience formal training: MBA in marketing with specialization in branding/positioning from a reputed institute with a minimum of 12 years experience in a senior managerial position in the health sector. Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Role complexity: Requires good coordination with internal and external agencies.

Interpersonal skills: Requires good interpersonal and communication skills to maintain professional relations with various organizations.

Supervisory skills: Wide range of supervisory skills to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making.

Independent judgment: Appropriate scope for independent judgment within the framework of policies and procedures.

Leadership responsibilities: Good directing and coordinating skills required.

Impact and consequences of errors: Improper supervision and communication can lead to delay in execution and adversely affect timelines and cost to the organization.

Working conditions: Being a high responsibility job, it requires coordination and close monitoring.
