Role & responsibilities
1- Evaluating of the Medical conditions basis the medical reports.
2- Connect with the Customers over the calls to understand the medical history and medical
condition.
3- Summarizing the Medical history and create the report and share it with the medical
underwriting team.
4- 6 week offs in a month.
5- Rotational shifts-(9-6/10-7/11-8)
