Job Description: Senior Product Manager - Gen AI

The ideal candidate will have excellent critical reasoning skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in engineering, data science, and product management. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive initiatives from conception to execution, delivering groundbreaking AI-driven products.

Please note that this position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Gen AI Initiatives: Drive the development and execution of strategic projects in Generative AI, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

● Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and product teams to innovate and deliver high-quality AI products.

● Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.

● Critical Reasoning & Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

● Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to ensure transparency and alignment.

● Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year leading initiatives in Generative AI.

● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

● Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models.

● Analytical Skills: Exceptional critical reasoning and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

● On-Site Requirement: Must be willing to work on-site at our office location.
