What Data Management & Governance brings to Cardinal Health:

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

Data Management and Governance provides direction of data assets and is responsible for data strategy, quality, standards and service levels. Data management acquires, validates, standardizes, enriches, protects and publishes structured, third party and unstructured data for use by the business. Governance defines and implements policies, standards and metrics that ensure the effective and efficient use of trusted data and statistical models to support regulatory and business goals.

As part of the Global Product Information Solution (GPIS) team, you will be part of an group of subject matter experts for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution in the Medical Segment. The PLM solution holds critical data for Cardinal Health brand products that is used globally to meet manufacturing, regulatory, commercial and customer needs.

Someone successful in this role has strong communication, technical and analytical skills, adjusts to change quickly and can navigate situations that cross multiple functions.

Accountabilities:

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4+ years experience in related field, preferred
• MS Office experience, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adjust to change quickly
• Learns new technologies and processes quickly.
• Knowledge of Oracle Agile or Product life cycle management is an added advantage.

• Work to verify that users are following business processes outlined in Quality Documents
• Create/maintain/run reports based on user needs
• Process the Data Management change orders (DMCO) and troubleshooting errors and warnings on DMCOs in Oracle Agile
• Security Access Review.
• Monitor ServiceNow queue and provide, maintain, and remove user access
• Maintain Restricted access groups
• Maintain user groups
• Maintain Marketing View assignments
