Overview:
CarDekho Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for CA-qualified professionals who aspire to build or enhance their careers in FP&A.

We are open to hiring CA Freshers (preferably with industrial training in FP&A) as well as experienced CA professionals with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis roles. Only CA-qualified candidates are eligible to apply.

Immediate joiners will be prioritized, and candidates with a notice period exceeding 15 days will not be considered. However, individuals serving notice and able to join within 10 days are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate with business units to collect data and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze historical financial performance and trends to support budgeting and forecasting assumptions.
• Track actual results against budgeted targets and prepare variance analysis reports.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve business performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

3. Forecasting & Scenario Analysis

• Support the development of rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to evaluate business outcomes.
• Assess the impact of key drivers and assumptions on future financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sensitivity analyses and stress tests.

4. Financial Systems & Process Improvement

• Assist in implementing and optimizing financial planning tools and systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Document financial processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• CA-qualified professionals only (mandatory).
• Open to both CA Freshers (with industrial training in FP&A) and experienced CAs (24 years in FP&A roles).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Expertise in advanced Excel; familiarity with financial systems/tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Other Requirements:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less.
• Individuals with notice periods of 7–10 days (currently serving notice) are also eligible.
