Head Costing

1. Responsible for the accurate costing of various tender items and conducting rate analysis for water, building, and infrastructure projects, including those under NHAI, MORTH, NHIDCL, CPWD, Railways, and other clients.
2. 2. Must have hands-on experience in preparing tender cost estimates for a wide range of projects, including water sector works, railways, building construction, roadworks (PWDs), national and state highways, DBFOT projects, EPC contracts, Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), BOT projects, and more.
3. 3. Conduct detailed rate analysis for tenders from various government departments and organizations such as JJM, Railways, NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, EPI, IOCL, BHEL, BCD Bihar, Jharkhand, MES, NBCC, and other relevant entities.
4. Prepare comprehensive abstracts, detailed worksheets, and supporting documents in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word for tender submissions.
5. 5. Assist in the preparation of general pre-bid queries, clarifications, and the development of comparative statements for bid evaluation.
6. 6. In-depth knowledge of the Schedule of Rates (SOR) for various government departments and the ability to apply this knowledge in tender cost estimation.
7. 7. Conduct site visits and surveys as necessary before bid submission to gather critical information for accurate tender costing.
