About the Role:
- CaptiveAide, a prominent cross-border strategic advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to drive business growth in the India and APAC region.
- This role is pivotal in acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence within the IT services and solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Track and report on sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the India Regional Head and other team members to align sales strategies and achieve shared goals.
- Share best practices and knowledge to enhance the team's performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in selling IT services and solutions, with a strong focus on Cloud Computing, Application Development, IT Consulting, IT Outsourcing, and Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry trends, technologies, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
