Position: Sales Executive
Location: Jagatsinghapur, Odisha
Job Summary: The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales from the counters, appointing new dealers and ensuring the achievement of sales budgets. This position focuses on expanding the market, developing new areas or white spaces, and working closely with distributors. The role may be divided into Primary Sales Executive or Secondary Sales Executive depending on the responsibilities of dealers and sub-dealers. Additionally, the Sales Executive will maintain strong CRM relationships, engaging with channel partners on special occasions and encouraging them to achieve sales incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Dealers Appointment:
Achieve sales targets from assigned counters.
Appoint new dealers to expand the market presence of Captain Steel products.
Work closely with distributors to ensure seamless supply & sales operations.
Budget Management & Collections:
Achieve the assigned sales budget.
Manage collections efficiently with a smart Days of Sales (DOS) approach.
Market Expansion & Product Placement:
Identify & develop new areas of white spaces, ensuring effective product placement.
Drive growth in market share by actively promoting Captain Steel products.
Dealer & Sub-Dealer Management:
Depending on responsibilities, act as either a Primary Sales Executive (focused on dealers) or a Secondary Sales Executive (focused on sub-dealers).
Ensure strong relationships & smooth operations with the dealer & sub-dealer network.
CRM & Channel Relationship Management:
Maintain & enhance relationships with channel partners by wishing them on special occasions & staying engaged with their personal lives.
Meet with their family members to strengthen connections & encourage participation in sales incentive programs.
Incentive Promotion:
Encourage dealers & sub-dealers to achieve sales targets by promoting incentive programs as per company policy.Desired Candidate Profile
Keyskills: TMT Bar/Dealers Network/Channel Sales/Customer Handling/Dealer Management/Distribution Management/Sales
Experience: 2 to 4 years of sales experience in the building material industry is preferred.
