Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or customer service (preferably in real estate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical project details clearly.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
