Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts based on client specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales support role preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
