Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements
Technical Presentations: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase products or solutions
Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to design and customize solutions that align with client needs and preferences
Proposal Development: Assist in crafting proposals, bids, and RFP/RFI responses, ensuring they address client requirements accurately
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and stay updated with technological advancements
Client Engagement: Act as a consultant, addressing client queries, providing technical insights, and building relationships during the sales process
Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team, offering expertise, answering technical inquiries, and resolving potential issues or concerns
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery teams, to ensure a cohesive sales approach
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from client interactions, share insights with the product development team for product improvement, and contribute to the enhancement of sales strategies
Requirements:
Strong technical background in the relevant industry, possessing knowledge of the company's products/services
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical skills to understand client needs, propose solutions, and address challenges effectively
