Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Sales Manager with 2-6 years of experience in the mortgage sector to join our dynamic team in Delhi.
- The role requires driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new customers and deepening existing customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the affordable housing segment.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, training, and motivation.
- Identify and tap new markets and customer segments for housing loan products.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders to ensure high customer engagement.
- Ensure timely disbursal of home loans while maintaining the quality of the portfolio.
- Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive offerings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory norms for compliance.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining strong client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the mortgage or housing finance industry.
- Strong understanding of housing loan products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in business development and client relationship management.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's/ MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Fluency in local language(s) is preferred for effective customer communication.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in real estate or financial services.
- Exposure to affordable housing finance and underserved market segments.
