Job description (MIS executive)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and present data from various Depots as required by reporting manager
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data trends, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments and management levels, summarizing relevant data.
• Communicate findings effectively through clear and concise reports, presentations, and discussions.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree
• One year experience in MIS, data analysis, and system management, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of cement industry processes and operations is a plus.

Job description (Godown Keeper)

The candidate will be responsible for supervising unloading, storing and loadng godown. The Godown will have 65 type of products. (Cement and other products).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recieving material from Plant and coordinating unloading
• Storing products as per Standard Operating Practices
• Recording material recieved and sold in registers
• Invoicing of Products & Placing orders of Products
• Sharing daily reports & Taking physical stocks of godown every 15 days
• Managing labour for godown operations
• Knowledge of Excel is preferred

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree
• One year experience in Godown Keeper, data analysis, and system management, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry is preferred.
