We are hiring for Customer Service - Voice Process
Interview Process: Walkin Drive
Date: 6th September to 15th September
Interview Timing: 12.30pm to 4pm
Venue details: Capita Tower B1, Behind Tower 8, Magarpatta SEZ, Pune - 411028

Qualification - Any Graduate or Undergraduates with minimum 1yr experience in customer service.
Flexible to work in shifts (UK Shifts) - 5 days working
Role Overview:
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via call.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
