Project manager

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our PSV team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical  background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B/B2C SaaS products.
• As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• The Project Manager will also be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• This role involves coordinating with cross-functional onshore as well as offshore teams, managing internal and external client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of application development and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Understanding business requirements leading to BRD and documenting the acceptance criterion
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the SaaS product, including architecture, infrastructure, and development processes. Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee testing and QA processes to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing
• client expectations. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B/B2C SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS)
• Proven record of driving results in a high-growth environment
• Strong Team and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams / team members - Delivery, Technology, Product Management,Analytics etc.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth and a passion to build Capillary s position in the industry
• Prior experience in the Client Facing role

Good to have skills:

• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, is a plus.
• Experience as techno-functional project manager
