Job Title: Customer Success Executive / Campaign Execution Specialist / CS HUB
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Execute and manage A/B testing for marketing campaigns to optimize performance.
• Set up and configure campaigns using Internal tools and Loyalty platforms
• Utilize ticketing tools to track, manage, and resolve campaign-related issues.
Drive the on-boarding of customers with Capillary products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development of campaign strategies and implementation plans
Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
● Proven experience in campaign execution and management.
● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
● Self starter, motivated, works with little or no supervision
● Knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) for issue tracking.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
● Proficient in data import and export skills
● Basic knowledge of APIs and experience using them to Get and post calls functionality.
● Basic knowledge in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
