Job Title: SAP SD HANA Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD HANA Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, with expertise in HANA. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze the business needs and processes to develop detailed SAP SD solutions.
• Design and Configuration: Design and configure customer-specific solutions in the SAP SD environment, including order processing, shipping, and billing.
• System Integration: Collaborate with other SAP consultants to integrate various SAP modules, such as MM, LE, and FI.
• Documentation: Document all procedures and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP SD system.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement necessary changes to enhance system performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation and configuration, including at least 2 years of experience with SAP HANA.
• Technical Skills: Strong functional configuration skills in SAP SD, including integration with other modules (MM, LE, FI). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP SD, SAP HANA) are preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data conversion and migration.
• Knowledge of project management and system architecture.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or shared services industry is a plus.
