Enterprise Quality Engagement Director

This person will Own the Delivery Function for Enterprise Quality and will be responsible for growth.

• Experience in managingbig teams and complex customers in multivendor environment
• Must have handled global delivery for QCSV
• Strong communication with Data driven discussion
• Prior Experience in QCSV in Life science
• Prior Experience in conducting Risk assessment
• Identify and mitigate quality issue
• Must have implemented Quality Control and standards in SDLC
• Engaged in starting QCSV practices
• Consulting Background

• Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
• Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
