Job Description


 Primary Skill 
  • Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other programs.
  • Configure and customize workflows, forms, and fields.
  • Manage the ServiceNow platform, including updates and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users.
  • Ensure software quality by identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues.


    •  Secondary Skill 
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and web services.
  • Ability to create and maintain custom workflows and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
