Your Role 

Custom Design & Development:
Create customized and impactful PowerPoint presentations, proposal documents, templates, and infographics that cater to the specific needs of clients and partners in the sales and presales community.

Client Requirement Understanding:
Collaborate closely with the sales and presales teams to understand the unique requirements and flavor of each client. Translate these insights into creative concepts and visuals that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all presentations, proposals, and sales materials are in alignment with the companys branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image across all outputs.

Independent Work & Multi-tasking:
Work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines effectively while producing high-quality work. Ability to prioritize tasks in a pressurized environment to meet client and team expectations.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work as an integral part of a dedicated team, collaborating with other designers, specialists, and managers to deliver cohesive, polished materials.

Quality Assurance:
Produce accurate and high-quality work that meets the required standards and client expectations. Revise and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring error-free and professional final outputs.

Creative Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously explore new ways to improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of sales and presales presentations and documents.

 
Your Profile 

Requires 2-5 years of experience in similar job function

Need to be an expert in visualization, presentations and proposal designing

MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) tool knowledge and skill is a must

Should be a self-starter and must be able to work independently and be resourceful

Ability to deliver designs on a tight deadline

Should possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures involved in presales

Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

Work closely with teammates to propose design solutions

Able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with others

Adobe CC knowledge and skills will be an added advantage
