Bitwarden Password Management/Password Manager

Activities in scope:

1. Perform Administrative tasks which involves:

• Group Management
• Collection Management
• Report Listing
• Event Logging
• User Management
• Group membership assignment

2. Monitor and report suspicious activities.

3. Support and help users to understand the concepts on how to work with the tool, helping them managing their collections and updating anything they might need.

Out of Scope:

1. Design, develop and/or major enhancements of the Bitwarden Password Manager.

2. New applications/system integrations with the Bitwarden Password Manager.

Assumptions:

1. Only Bitwarden Password Manager security tool administration/user support in scope.

2. Bitwarden Password Manager tool administration team will be engaged via ITSM tool using Service request and/or incident requests.

3. Most of the incident requests (99%) are P3 or lower priority requests.

4. Team will be supporting administration of 500 users.

5. 1 FTE will support 35 Service Request or 65 incident records or combination of both these metrics.
