Sales Analyst

This is sales analyst role for one of the largest Business Units in European region. The main objective of the role is to analyse sales data and other relevant data sources using Power BI and Excel tool. The output created by this role will be useful for various sales leaders in the business unit, for sales management and sales controlling. Essentially this will help in achieving the sales objectives.

Towards fulfillment of this objective the person is expected to do the following:

• Development of new analysis / reports using Excel or Power BI
• Enhancement / maintenance of existing reports
• Analysis of sales data on ad hoc basis
• Use the Salesforce tool effectively to understand and analyse sales data
• Perform quality checks to ensure good quality output
• Supporting with operational requests as required
• Optimizing the activities using automation where possible
• Access management in Power BI
• Support in Monthly reviews to provide slides and commentary per Account/IU requirement
• Further support on new tasks or existing dashboard of the BU
• Due to dynamic nature of business, adapting the output to match the business changes is needed.

• Experience in the data analyst roles
• Expert level knowledge in using Excel , Power BI as analysis tool

• • Development knowledge of Power BI tool is required i.e. DAX, Power Query, Visuals, Data sources, Data modeling etc

• Demonstrable experience of creating Power point slides / BI visuals and messaging to convey analysis
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness for continuous learning

• Preferable (not a must) to have worked on sales CRM tool such as Salesforce
• Bonus points if additional experience on automation e.g. macros, scripting, tools or some programming
